The fight in February 2022
Since I was seriously wronged commercially in July 2021, I preferred in February to present them with a document to sign that would protect me from other unpleasant situations. Until February I had no reason because it was still in the start-up phase but from March we would have had to start marketing operations. I understood that they were interested in having me to make furniture in Italian style with me but that they did not intend to continue and share according to the agreements (70 and 30% of the profits from my work). They were in a hurry to open markets with me and then abandon me. So for me, this whole period of investment and effort would have been lost. When I cornered them with these documents they got very angry. If they had been in good faith they would have accepted.
